BST INVEST & YAPI CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), as BST Invest & Yapı (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), acting as the data controller, we process your personal data within the scope of the purposes explained below and in accordance with the legislation.

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA Your personal data (Identity, Contact, Customer Transaction, Transaction Security data) collected via our website, office visits, or other communication channels are processed for the purposes of:

• Providing real estate consultancy, construction, and renovation services offered by our Company to you,

• Executing real estate buying-selling, rental, and title deed transfer processes,

• Managing proposal processes for construction and renovation projects and performing contracts,

• Contacting you in line with your requests and scheduling appointments,

• Measuring customer satisfaction regarding our services,

• Making legal notifications to authorized public institutions and organizations,

• Conducting information security processes.

3. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA Your personal data is collected in electronic and physical environments through contact forms on our website, “Get a Quote” and “Sell Your Property” forms, e-mail, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.

These data are processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,

• It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,

• Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

4. TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED Your collected personal data may be transferred to the following within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:

• Legally authorized public institutions and organizations (Title deed registry offices, municipalities, courts, etc.),

• Our business partners, suppliers, and subcontractors with whom we cooperate for the performance of the service (Architectural offices, building inspection firms, etc.),

• Our legal counsels for the purpose of resolving legal disputes.

5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT As the personal data owner, pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,

• To request information if it has been processed,

• To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,

• To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• To request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,

• To request the deletion or destruction of data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,

• To request that the processes of correction, deletion, and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

• To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• To demand compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

6. APPLICATION To exercise your rights mentioned above, you can submit your requests to us in writing or by using a Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address you have previously notified to our company and which is registered in our system, via the communication channels below.
